A workout in Studying the Bible
The Bible can sometimes appear to be this confusing daunting `book of books’ That’s why we need to exercise our discipline for going deeper into the ocean of words in the word and allow The Word to reveal truth to us as we study to be a workman approved. John 8:32 / 1 Corinthians 2 10-16
How come they’re so many cults, so many false doctrines and what drives people to follow these erroneous teachings? Even in our familiar settings, we still need to know the word for ourselves, to `Test the spirits ‘ to see how they line up with God’s word. 2 Peter 3:16-18 2 Timothy 4:4 1 Timothy 4 1 Col 2:8 2 Timothy 3 13 1 John 2 19
There are so many benefits to going deeper in the word and when you SPIN (Study Ponder Investigate and Note) the wheel of the word God will lead into deep waters and then show you things you could not see before Ezekiel 47-3-7 John 16 12-14
Not just information but revelation of The Lord
Through deeper study you will grow in the grace and Knowledge of the Lord having a balanced biblical view on scripture, the world and your life’s circumstances – 2 Peter 3:18 / 2 Timothy 2:15 /Hebrews 5 : 11-14 / John 14:26
Methods without the dogma of methodology
The Holy Spirit will use many methods to teach you all truth. Some require disciplines while other times life experiences and even personal revelation. While it is important to be disciplined, we must never turn rote into dogma and idolise the method itself Matthew 16:17 / 2 Timothy 2 :15

When we think of the Bible is it just 66 Books we think of and what of the others (if any) that might also contribute to deeper knowledge without eroding core tenets of our faith.?
